Apr 18, 2026

Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Raydo handles personal information when you use the Raydo website, Desktop app, account system, licensing, updates, support, and related services. It does not govern third-party tools, model providers, payment services, or integrations that you choose to connect.

Information We Collect

  • Account and contact information: name, email, company, login identifiers, and support communications.
  • Billing and transaction information: plan, order status, invoices, tax information, and limited payment details supplied by processors. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Device and service data: device ID, operating system, app version, install type, license status, update channel, IP address, browser data, cookies, local storage, diagnostics, and log data.
  • Usage and product signals: pages visited, features used, activation events, update checks, crash reports, performance signals, and security-related events.
  • AI and workflow data: Raydo is designed to be local-first, but some features may transmit prompts, files, workflow metadata, or outputs to the provider, cloud service, or integration you choose to use.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate the service, secure accounts and licenses, process payments, provide support, deliver updates, prevent abuse, investigate incidents, comply with law, and improve Raydo. We may also create aggregated or de-identified analytics for product and business planning.

How We Share Information

We may share information with service providers that help us run Raydo, including hosting, authentication, analytics, email, payment, support, storage, update delivery, and AI or integration providers you choose to use. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, enforce our terms, or complete a merger, financing, acquisition, or asset sale. Third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices.

Retention and Security

We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary for the service, billing, security, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and enforcement. Backups, logs, and de-identified records may be retained longer. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, export, restriction, or objection. We may require identity verification and may deny or limit requests where permitted by law, necessary to protect the service, or inconsistent with legal retention duties.

Children

Raydo is not directed to children under 13, or to a higher age where local law requires parental consent.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when posted here.
